More Rose Wonder

Hi there

Today I have a couple more cards featuring the 'Rose Wonder' stamp set.  As you can see, I have been having a bit of a fling with Rose Red card stock for the last couple of weeks! I haven't used it for ages and it is such a lovely colour.

For the first card I have heat embossed the large rose image in Early Espresso onto Shimmery White card stock and water coloured the leaves with ink pads and an aquapainter. I stamped the rose a second time and heat embossed it before water colouring and then fussy cutting. It has been popped up on foam pads over the top of the main image for added dimension.  I added some gold foil accents for the little banner and to mat the birthday sentiment. The whole front panel was then popped up onto the Rose Red card base.

For the second card, I have heat embossed the large image from Rose Wonder in white onto Shimmery White card stock. It was water coloured with ink pads and an aqua painter and then fussy cut into 3 pieces. I've used a Tea Lace doily to highlight the rose, which is popped up and the leaves have been slipped underneath. I've heat embossed the greeting in gold and matted it on Gold Foil and finished it with some pearls.

The inside has a strip of Crumb Cake washi at the bottom with a small band of gold foil and a Rose Red and gold flower finished with a pearl.
