Urban Garden & Friends
Hello
It is another chilly day in Melbourne, but with some sunshine which is nice. I have been browsing some sketch blogs and found Amy Rsavy's site Prairie Paper & Ink. She has a card sketch every Friday, so I decided to give it a go. The card I have to share with you is based on the sketch for Friday 17 July.
I have used the Urban Garden Designer Series Paper and the matching cardstock colours with the Friends 24-7 stamp set (one of my favourites) and the matching Friendly Words jumbo wheel. I love how easy Stampin' Up! make the co-ordination of the cardstock and designer papers. The card fold is at the top for a change – a style I think that adds interest to the card. The details are pretty evident from the card. I have added Baja Breeze to the bird's tummy using a blender pen and ink pad and sponging to the edges to soften the white. The scallop circle is popped up on some dimensionals. I hope you like it.

Just GORGEOUS Judy 🙂
Very sweet card, Judy – love the bird image with these papers. I can only but imagine how long it took you to get that knot sooooo perfect! Beautiful.
