Merry Monday #53
Hi there
It's time for Merry Monday #53, which is a great sketch from Lesley.
I received this lovely stamp 'Snowy Pine Landscape' (not SU) this week and decided to use it to create a mini scene for my card. I've stamped in Early Espresso and then clear embossed it and after masking off the moon, the sky was sponged on with a dauber in Bashful Blue and then the edges in Not Quite Navy. The reindeer from the retired 'Winter Post' was stamped in Soft Suede, embossed and popped up in the foreground.
Blue and brown are not traditional Christmas colours, but I like it for a change and I have been wanting to use this particular design from the Festival of Prints DSP for ages. With all of these 'snowy' cards I'm making, I'll have to find some e-friends in the northern hemisphere to send them to!

Oh my goodness this is absolutely stunning! I’m in love with this card – LOVE the scene you’ve created! It’s a great tree stamp and the colours you’ve used are gorgeous for Xmas. If you’re looking for someone to sent it to I’m about 25kms away! I for all a wintery scene 🙂
