Merry Monday #20

Hi there

I was delighted to be invited by Lesley to be a Guest Designer this week for the Merry Monday Challenge #20.  These sketches are a great opportunity to kick start my Christmas card stash.  I've decided to make two similiar cards each time while I have all the materials on my craft desk. Here is the sketch:

I dug deep in my stash and came up with a (non SU) stamp that I haven't used for years.  I hope we get some Christmas stamps in our new IBC that are good for colouring.  This is what I came up with:

  4. Congratulations on your guest DT spot, my friend! How exciting! I love the main panel on this card; the bow is gorgeous, and I love how you’ve white-embossed the sentiment. The embossed Cherry Cobbler piece of card is just right for a Christmas card.
