Heart of Christmas – Neutral Noel Fun Fold

Hi there
Welcome to the Heart of Christmas Blog Hop for 2026. Each week until end of November, the talented ladies from the Art with Heart team will bring you inspiration for your holiday craft projects.
This week I’m using the products from the Neutral Noel Suite for my card. I was inspired by a card made by Debbie Frank of Frankly Stamping and wanted to make my own version. I’ve altered the measurements slightly and put my own spin on the decoration.

This is a simple ‘bendy’ fun fold card with lots of layers and details. The base layer is Basic Beige with the mat layer being Very Vanilla. I chose one of the subtle designs from the Neutral Noel Specialty DSP for the background, so the details would pop.

This photo provides a better view of the lovely background DSP with the subtle gold accents. The houses from the Welcome Noel Bundle were stamped in Pecan Pie ink on Very Vanilla and cropped with the coordinating dies. I wanted the lights to be on in the houses, so I coloured the windows with Light Lemon Lolly at the top and dark Lemon Lolly at the bottom. You can’t see in the photo, but I also added some Wink of Stella to the panes of glass for shine.
The trees are stamped in Old Olive Ink and cropped with the coordinating dies. The cute wreath was cropped from the sheet of Old Olive sheet glimmer paper from the Autumn Woodland Specialty Glimmer Paper pack. I added some tiny rhinestones coloured with a Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Blend marker.
The ‘bendy’ border at the bottom of the card is the tree border from the Welcome Noel Dies. I cropped it from Mossy Meadow card stock and added the Basic Beige panel on top, that had been dry embossed with the Softly Woven 3D Embossing Folder. The greeting from the Noel Tidings stamp set was stamped in Mossy Meadow ink, fussy cut and popped up.

On the reverse side, I have added some Very Vanilla panels to write your personal message. The greeting from the (retired) Brightest Glow stamp set was stamped with Mossy Meadow ink on the left. A small tree and deer on the right hand side is the finishing touch.

The card folds flat for posting and fits into a standard C6 envelope. This photo shows more of the pretty gold foil accents in this design that are quite subtle, which I really like.

What a great fold. Love the beautiful details.
Stunning! I love the beautiful scene you have created and all the little details like the lights in the houses, and the extra embossed texture. That’s a really great fold for this suite.
Beautiful card, Judy, I love the scene you have created along with the neutral card layers and that pretty background DSP with the gold foiling. Loving the warm glow in the homes!
What a gorgeous card, Judy! I expecially love the shaded Lemon lolly on the windows – it creates such a realistic glow.
A brilliant card Judy. I adore your scene which is perfect for a bendy card. There are so many special features. Love it so much. xxx
Lovely card Judy, the DSP makes a beautiful background
Such a beautiful “bendy” scenic card Judy. I really love that sentiment you have used on the inside.
