Heart of Christmas – Graceful Evergreen Deer Bundle

Welcome to the Heart of Christmas Blog Hop for 2026. Each week until end of November, the talented ladies from the Art with Heart team will bring you inspiration for your holiday craft projects.

For my card this week, I’m using the Graceful Evergreen Deer Bundle, from the Radiance Awaits Stampin’ Hot Foil Brochure that was released on 1 September. I’ve CASE-d one of the sample cards shown online with the bundle. The foil elements make it very tricky to get good photos, but the card is soft and pretty in real life.

I’ve changed up the colours with soft blue sky, green trees and pops of pink. I started with a Basic White panel and stamped the two trees in Lost Lagoon ink. Next up the ground images were stamped in Gray Granite ink and I added some soft ink blending underneath to soften the white. Behind the trees I softly ink blended Balmy Blue. The panel was adhered to a Bubble Bath mat and then onto a Lost Lagoon card base.

This photo shows the reindeer and fawn that were hot foiled in silver on Basic White and cropped with the coordinating dies. They were popped up in front of the trees. I used the fabulous Magical Christmas Hot Foil Die to create the sentiment in pink foil on Basic White. There are 7 greetings and some small icons like stars and candy canes and they are all cut out in a single pass with the coordinating die. It is so easy to line up and I love how close they crop around the ‘cheer’ in this greeting. The pink star on the smaller tree also comes from this die. Some 1mm rhinestones coloured with a Melon Mambo Stampin’ Blend marker were sprinkled on the trees.

For the inside, I have a Basic White writing panel on a Bubble Bath mat and a strip of the check design from the Painted Patch DSP at the base. The greeting is from the same collection and is adhered in the centre. Another little silver fawn sits at the bottom.

I’m new to hot foil, but I love how easy it is to add sparkly elements to my cards, especially for the holiday season. All products are now available, so get in touch if you would like more information.
