Heart of Christmas – Peace on Earth

Welcome to Heart of Christmas Blog Hop for 2025. Each week until end of November, the talented ladies from the Art with Heart team will bring you inspiration for your holiday craft projects.

The Peaceful Garden Suite is one of my favourites from the upcoming 2025 September-December Mini Catalogue. The combination of products delivers elegant projects and the suite can be used for more than the holiday season, making it very versatile to have in your craft room.
I’ve started with a Misty Moonlight card base and added the beautiful dry embossed frame in Cloud Cover, using the Peaceful Greenery 3D Embossing Folder. Craft White ink was rubbed over the raised design; it is subtle but really helps it to pop. The embossed frame is layered on Basic White to create a pop of white against the Misty Moonlight card base.

In the centre of the embossed frame is the large label cropped from the beautiful silver glimmer paper that has a touch of green in it. The catalogue calls the colour soft green, but it could really pass for Silver, I think. The Peace on Earth Dies have the 2 nesting labels that fit beautifully into the embossed frame. On the smaller label I have stamped the greeting from the Holly Jolly stamp set which is the perfect size and shape and really says it all.
At the bottom of the label, I have some Balmy Blue ink blending for the background of the dove that is carrying the tiny Misty Moonlight envelope (also in the Peace on Earth Dies). I cropped the dove from (retired) Sparkle Glimmer Paper, which looks so pretty. We also have white velvet paper in the All Season Velvet Specialty Paper in Online Exclusives for something different. I finished with a lush bow in the Misty Moonlight & Silver Edged 1/2″ Ribbon.

For the inside, I have a Cloud Cover mat for the writing panel, with a strip of the Misty Moonlight star design paper from the Peaceful Garden DSP at the base. There is some more Balmy Blue ink blending in the top corner for the open-winged dove carrying the sprig.

This is a great design if you’re looking to make multiples. I love that the colour combo is a little non-traditional, but still really elegant and the card sparkles beautifully in the light.
The new September-December Mini Catalogue is LIVE to customers on Wednesday, 3 September. If you do not currently have a Demonstrator in Australia and would like your own copy of the Mini Catalogue, click on Catalogues in the bar at the top of the page and leave your details.
