Handmade Gifts

Hi there

I have been busy making items for my first craft market.  I will have a table at the Canterbury Primary School (in Melbourne) Christmas Craft Market on 1 December.  If you are in the area, please come and say hello.  It would have been nice to have some more time to prepare, but being away for 8 weeks meant that wasn't possible (I'm not that organised!).

Anyway, I have a couple of photos of some of the completed items.  The first photo is of the covered notepads.  These have been made to be refillable with any 6" x 4" notepad, available at the newsagency.  The inside cover also has a tearoff 2014 calendar.

The next photo is of Post-It Note holders, which I have also made to be refillable and they include a cute little pencil or gel pen (found for me by a lovely friend).  This is a great design, simple to make and fun to decorate. I've used up some of my bits and pieces that I have had sitting around waiting to be made into something. I've used a combination of plain and decorative adhesive pads (not actually Post-It brand, as they are getting quite expensive) and coordinated the external colours and decorations to match.

If you have any questions about the above, please contact me.

Classes:

I'm hoping to start classes shortly, so if you are within cooee of the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne and maybe interested, I would appreciate hearing from you.  I'm also planning a more casual option where you can bring your own projects and have fun stamping with other like minded people.  Email me if you are interested in either of these options.

Thanks for stopping by.

  1. You have been a busy girl Judy, the note pad holders are gorgeous. I hope to be able to come and see your stall on the 1st.
