CASE-ing the Catty – All Wrapped Up Specialty DSP

Hi there,

Welcome to CASE-ing the Catty for this week.

If you’ve come from visiting Peta & Marvi, then welcome!  If you’re visiting me, I appreciate you stopping by today! You can continue your journey to see the other inspiring creations from the CTC Crew by clicking on the button at the bottom of the post.

This week we are CASE-ing any project from the 2026 September-December Catalogue. This is always fun and there are so many amazing projects to choose from.  If you do not already have a Demonstrator (in Australia) and would like your own complimentary hard copy of the catalogue, then fill in your details on the Request Catalogues page (click on the link) on my blog.

I chose the project in the photo above from page 23 of the 2026 September-December Catalogue. This wasn’t my first choice to make this week, but somehow it kept leaping out at me, so I just went with it! The All Wrapped Up Specialty Designer Series Paper is really lovely with the lush colours and silver foil accents.

This card combines the rich colors and lush silver foil accents of the All Wrapped Up Specialty DSP in a simple but elegant layout.

I’ve stayed close to the layout this week, but changed up the background paper for the Peaceful Pine and silver foil sprig design from the All Wrapped Up SDSP. It is extremely hard to photograph with the reflection and although the sprigs look white they are actually silver. It is very rich and lush in real life. Rather than ribbon down the centre, I chose a strip of Cherry Cobbler cardstock and dry embossed it with the Softly Woven 3D embossing folder which adds another layer of rich texture.

The bouquet of foliage was fussy cut from one sheet of the All Wrapped up SDSP that is just bouquets in slightly different arrangements. No dies for this one, unfortunately, but it is pretty quick to fussy cut. I wanted to step-up the centre panel, so I have 3 layers, with the top one cropped with the new Tile Garden Dies. These are a set of nesting square dies with the same 3 edge designs as the Spotlight on Nature circle dies, making them great creative companions. I did a second cut to turn it from a square into a rectangle and the border design adds another layer of interest.

The bouquet was popped up on the decorative rectangle. The finished panel was popped up over the centre strip to even out the height. To tie in with the blue berries in the bouquet, I heat embossed the greeting in white on Misty Moonlight card stock. The greeting is from the new Soiree Salutations stamp set, which has a great selection of small sentiments for all occasions. It was cropped with the smallest banner from the Stylish Shapes Dies. I finished with a trio of the Adhesive-backed Sparkle Sequins.

For the inside, I chose a Cherry Cobbler mat for the writing panel with a narrow strip of the Peaceful Pine print at the bottom. To tie in with the greeting on the front, I added the greeting from the Stitched Stocking stamp set in Misty Moonlight ink in the centre. The berry sprig in the corner was stamped in Peaceful Pine and Cherry Cobbler inks and cropped with the corresponding die.
