CASE-ing the Catty - All Aflutter Bundle

This week we are CASE-ing a bundle from the 2026 May-August Catalogue. You can find these all together on pages 36-42 of the catalogue and there are plenty of awesome options to choose from. Even better you save 10% on bundles when you buy the products using the bundle item code.

I chose the project in the photo above from page 42 of the May-August Catalogue. The sweet butterflies from the new All Aflutter Bundle are so pretty with the ink blending over the patterned paper.

This is a pretty, all occasion card using the All Aflutter Bundle. Ink was blended onto patterned paper and extra detail added with a journaling pen.

I have kept the layout basically the same, but adjusted the sizing a little. To add some interest in the background, I embossed a layer of Basic White with the Eyelet Blooms Die (April Product of the Month, now sold out), using the Impressions Plate. This plate allows you emboss with Impressions Dies, but it also works well with all-over dies such as this one. You can’t see it very well with the reflection at the top, but it is a little clearer at the bottom. It gives a flatter, more subtle background that normal dry embossing.

I blended Balmy Blue, Timid Tiger and Daffodil Delight ink onto a piece of the Beautiful Ordinary Life DSP. The fine lines were added to some of the leaves with a fine tip journaling pen. I love how this simple idea adds such a lot of interest to the art panel. The top and bottom has a narrow border of white so it would pop against the black and white polka dot paper from the Artisan Sketched Garden DSP.

The greeting from the All Aflutter stamp set was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black onto a strip of Balmy Blue card stock. It was cropped with a label die from the Fragrant Layers Dies and popped up. The butterflies were stamped in Timid Tiger ink and cropped with the coordinating punch. There are 3 sets of butterflies in the stamp set for maximum creative flexibility. I chose the solid patterned option and cropped them with the coordinating punch. Wink of Stella added lots of sparkle and I adhered them to the card with rolled up Glue Dots. To finish, I added rhinestones to each butterfly, the greeting and sprinkled a trio on the card. A tiny white Baker’s Twine bow was added to the largest of the butterflies.

Inside the pretty, all occasion card using the All Aflutter Bundle. Ink was blended onto patterned paper and extra detail added with a journaling pen.

For the inside, I have a mat of Basic Black for the writing panel with a tiny border. I did a little more ink blending around the edge of the writing panel and added 2 more of the smallest butterflies.
