Amazing Birthday

Today I have a card for a teen birthday using the 'Amazing Birthday' stamp set. I haven't inked this set up since Convention, but it is perfect for a masculine birthday. I started by using Versamark ink on the 'Postively Chevron' background stamp to add some pizzazz to the Pacific Point card base.
The large image from 'Amazing Birthday' has been inked with multiple colours. You can do this with markers direct to the rubber, but I masked off sections and then used my ink pads to colour the stamp. This stamp lends itself to stamping sections in different colours and then popping them on foam pads to add dimension.
On the inside I have created a little pocket to place some cash, so it isn't going to fall out when the card is opened. You could also put a gift card into the pocket.
